Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bacon, sliced in 1-inch pieces
1 (2 lb.) head cabbage, shredded or thinly sliced
1 small onion, chopped
pepper to taste
Preparation

In a very large skillet, fry the bacon until done. Drain most of the grease off. Place the chopped cabbage with the onion in the skillet with the bacon and cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Season with the pepper.
