Peter Rabbit Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped onion
3 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. water
2 beaten eggs
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 1/2 c. grated cheese

Preparation

Cook onion and carrots in water, then add remaining ingredients.
Bake in greased casserole 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
