Apple Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. bread, broken
6 eggs
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. margarine
2 tsp. vanilla
1 can apple pie filling
3 tsp. cinnamon
Cool Whip (optional)
pecans or walnuts (optional)
Preparation

Beat eggs and milk; add sugar, vanilla and cinnamon.
Pour over bread; let set 5 minutes.
Add pie filling to bread mixture. Pour into a lightly greased pan; dot with butter.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Set in a larger pan, 1/2 full of water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until set.
