Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. or 1 large can pumpkin
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 c. or 2 cans evaporated milk
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix cinnamon with sugar and salt.
    Mix ingredients in order. Pour into 9-inch pie shells.
    Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0, then reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes longer or until done in center.
