Chicken Cacciatore(Serves 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans whole tomatoes, chopped (undrained)
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 bay leaves
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. dry oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 lb. boneless, skinned chicken breasts
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except chicken.
Bring to boil.
Add chicken.
Cover; reduce heat to simmer for 30 minutes.
Uncover; simmer 30 more minutes.
Take bay leaves out.
Serve over vermicelli (need 4 cups); 90 calories each 1/2 cup serving. Cacciatore:
159 calories per serving.
