Zucchini Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. zucchini, peeled and sliced like apples
    2/3 c. lemon juice
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. Pie Crust Mixture (recipe follows)
Preparation
    Combine zucchini slices and lemon juice.
    Cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
    Add sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon.
    Cook 3 minutes longer.
    Set aside and add 1/2 cup Pie Crust Mixture.
