Mom'S Kneaded Biscuit Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    sugar substitute to equal 1 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. reduced-calorie margarine
    3/4 c. nonfat buttermilk
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder, soda and sugar substitute in a medium bowl, stirring to blend.
    Cut in margarine with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
    Add buttermilk, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead 8 to 10 times.
    Divide dough into thirds.
    Gently shape each third into a ball.
    Place 2-inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet.
    Flatten each ball into a 1-inch thick circle.
    Score each into 4 wedges.
