Spiced Nuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 egg white
1 tsp. water
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 lb. pecans
Preparation
- 
                            Beat egg white and water until foamy. Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon into egg mixture. Add pecans. Mix well. Spread on a buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 225\u00b0 for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.
