Me-Maw'S Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 cans Swanson clear chicken broth
    3 eggs
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. celery (fine)
    sage, black pepper and salt to taste
    4 slices white bread
Preparation
    Wash turkey and dry.
    Spread with butter and salt, inside and out.
    Put breast in one end of pan and dressing in the other. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 to 4 hours. Stick knife in thick part of bird.
    Done when tender and no blood comes out.
