chicken breast, skinned
butter flavored spray
1 envelope Italian dressing mix

Preparation

Wash and pat dry the chicken breast.
Spray both sides with butter spray and sprinkle with dressing mix.
Spray glass baking dish and put in chicken.
Bake for one hour, uncovered, at 350\u00b0.
