Warm Pineapple Sundaes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple tidbits (undrained)
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp. margarine
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 Tbsp. water
3 Tbsp. raisins (optional)
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine juice, sugar, water and cornstarch in saucepan.
Stir well.
Cook until thickened.
Stir in pineapple, raisins, margarine, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Cook over low heat, stirring until heated.
Stir in vanilla.
Place 1/2 cup or so of ice cream in dessert dish.
Spoon 3 tablespoons warm pineapple sauce over ice cream.
Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon toasted coconut, if deserved. Serve immediately.
