Crispy Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage, shredded
1 onion, sliced in thin rings
salt
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. dry corn oil
1 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed (optional)
Preparation
-
Heat sugar, mustard, corn oil, vinegar and celery seed.
Pour while hot over the cabbage.
Seal tightly and put in refrigerator immediately.
Keep refrigerated.
Keeps indefinitely.
