Chinese Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. flour
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. chicken stock
2 c. diced cooked chicken
1 green pepper, chopped
2 c. diced celery
salt and pepper
Preparation

Combine flour, butter or margarine and undrained pineapple. Cook until thick and smooth, stirring constantly.
Add chicken stock, fresh green pepper and celery.
Season to taste.
Cook slowly for 5 minutes.
Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
