Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
8 slices American cheese (thin)
2 c. potatoes
onion (as desired)
1 c. carrots
2 or 3 c. zucchini
dash of salt
1 small carton sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
milk
potato chips (sour cream)
Preparation

Brown ground beef.
Place in bottom of casserole.
Place 4 thin slices of American cheese.
Steam vegetables until tender. Drain vegetables. Toss with salt.
Pour over cheese.
Combine the sour cream, soup and enough sweet milk to make these pourable and put over casserole.
Place 4 thin slices cheese on top. Cover all with crumbled potato chops. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
