Oven Baked Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew meat
    6 carrots, cut in 1-in. pieces
    3 Tbsp. tapioca (not cooked)
    1 lg. onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato juice
    6 stalks celery, cut in 1-in. pieces
Preparation
    Mix and bake, covered with foil, at 325\u00b0 for 4 hours.
    Serve over rice, cooked potatoes, or noodles.
