Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. yellow cornmeal
2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. melted butter
1 c. milk
3 eggs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Butter a 9 x 15 x 2-inch pan.
Blend all dry ingredients together with a whisk until thoroughly mixed. Slowly add the melted butter, milk and eggs.
Mix until well blended.
Pour into pan.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until toothpick comes out dry.
Check after 30 minutes.
Let cool.
Then remove from the pan.
