Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium size sweet potatoes, peeled
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Slice potatoes about 1/4-inch thick.
    Put in pan with enough cold water to cover and cook until tender, but not done.
    Drain; transfer potatoes to a
    casserole.
    Combine sugar and flour; add 2 cups water.
    Pour mixture over the potatoes.
    Dot with butter. Cook in 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until liquid is thick.
