Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can coconut (1 1/3 c.)
1 c. chopped pecans
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick margarine
2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix coconut and pecans; spread into well-greased and floured 8 x 14-inch pan.
Mix cake mix as directed on package.
Pour over pecan and coconut mixture at room temperature.
Mix cream cheese and stick of margarine in blender.
Add powdered sugar and blend until smooth.
Drizzle over cake as a topping.
Bake 45 minutes at 325\u00b0 to 330\u00b0.
Test with toothpick.
