Baked Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash, cut in 1/2-inch slices
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. hot sauce
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    2 c. round buttery cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook squash in small amount of boiling water until tender. Drain well.
    Add remaining ingredients, except 1 cup cracker crumbs.
    Stir gently.
    Spoon mixture into lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole and sprinkle with remaining cracker crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 6.
