Liverwurst Pate - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. liverwurst
1 1/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
8 oz. cream cheese (save 2/3 c. for frosting)
2 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/3 c. onion, minced
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
small amount of milk
Preparation

Thoroughly mix all ingredients.
Chill.
Shape into a ball by turning on piece of foil or wax paper which you slightly grease. Store in refrigerator until it is chilled enough to frost.
