Rhubarb Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rhubarb, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. cinnamon red hots
    3 drops red food coloring
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients, bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Combine cornstarch and water.
    Stir into rhubarb. Boil 1 minute.
