Sausage-Apple Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bulk sausage
    1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 c. finely chopped apple
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Press into 6-cup ring mold.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Drain grease a couple of times during baking.
