Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1/3 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/3 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1 1/2 Tbsp. grated lemon or orange rind
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; stir until sugar dissolves.
Serve over vanilla ice cream.
Yields 1 1/2 cups.
