Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, cut in 1/4 inch strips
    2/3 c. water
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 envelope instant onion soup mix
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Quickly brown meat in 3 tablespoons oil. Add water and mushrooms. Stir in soup. Heat to boiling. Blend sour cream and flour. Add to meat mixture. Cook until it thickens.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
