Cocoa Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. cocoa
3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. oleo
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

Thoroughly combine dry ingredients in heavy 4-quart saucepan. Stir in milk. Bring to a bubbly boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Bring to hard ball stage. Remove from heat.
Add oleo, nuts and vanilla. Beat until fudge thickens.
Pour in a buttered 8 or 9-inch pan.
