Melting Moments - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. softened margarine
    1 1/3 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix until soft dough all ingredients except coconut.
    If dough is too soft, refrigerate, then shape into 3/4-inch balls.
    Roll into coconut.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes (until lightly browned).
