Ingredients

9 to 10 medium carrots
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 to 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Peel carrots and cut in half lengthwise.
Boil in salted water until tender; drain well.
Melt butter in heavy skillet.
Add lemon juice and brown sugar; stir until mixture thickens.
Add carrots and stir until well glazed and heated through.
Yields 6 servings.
