Meat Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. oil
    4 Tbsp. canned green chilies, chopped
    1 c. canned tomatoes, drained
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and garlic in hot oil.
    Add the remaining ingredients; simmer for 30 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
    Yield:
    3 cups.
    Carbohydrate 3 g, protein 7 g, fat 8 g, calories 112.
    One serving = 1/2 cup meat medium fat exchange, 1/2 fat exchange.
