Pesto Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 garlic cloves, chopped
4 c. fresh basil leaves, packed tightly
1/2 to 1 c. olive oil
2 to 3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 c. pine nuts (optional)
Preparation

Place the garlic, basil leaves, olive oil, cheese and optional pine nuts in a food processor or blender and process until pureed. Keep refrigerated several weeks or freeze.
