Cappuccino - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Espresso coffee
    2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
    sugar (if desired)
    ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg or finely grated orange peel
Preparation
    Dissolve coffee in boiling water.
    Pour into small, tall cups, filling only half full.
    Whip the cream.
    Let guest add sugar, if desired, then spoon cream atop coffee and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
    Guest folds in cream until frothy.
    Makes 6 or 7 servings.
