Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cooked, deboned, cut into bite-size pieces
8 oz. pkg. tortilla chips
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
3 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 medium-large onion, chopped
Preparation

Put chips in bottom of 3-quart casserole dish. Pour chicken over chips and set aside. Mix both cans of soup, can of tomatoes, pepper and salt. Pour over chicken. Add onion over top and bake 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted. (Very good!)
