Low-Fat Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sifted unbleached flour
    1/3 c. sifted unsweetened cocoa
    1 1/2 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate
    1 Tbsp. canola oil
    6 extra large egg whites
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. applesauce (unsweetened)
    1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Combine flour and cocoa.
    Melt baking chocolate with canola oil in a double boiler.
    Mix egg whites and sugar to make a meringue.
    Mix with applesauce, yogurt and vanilla extract.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Spread oil in a 9 x 9-inch pan, wiping out extra oil.
    Pour in mixture.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
