Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 large apples
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
2 eggs
1 c. nuts
1 c. Wesson oil
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Chop and peel
apples; pour sugar over them and let set 10 minutes.
Mix with remaining ingredients.
Bake in tube pan at 325\u00b0 for an hour.
