Sweet-Sour Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) vegetarian scallops
    flour
    dash of garlic powder
    1 egg or more, slightly beaten
    1 large onion
    2 stalks celery
    1 large bell pepper
    1 large tomato, sliced in wedges
    1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks (reserve liquid)
    2 sweet pickles, cut in pieces
    1/4 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. Accent
    1 tsp. salt
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Cut scallops in half and bread with flour and garlic powder. Dip into egg and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Set aside in warm oven.
