Summit Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine, softened
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    6 Tbsp. lemon juice or ReaLemon juice
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. finely chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Mix margarine, flour and 1 cup sugar and press into a 10 x 14-inch pan.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Mix well the eggs, 1 cup sugar, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon flour, baking powder and pecans.
    Pour on top of the pastry.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Cool and cut into squares.
