Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 c. popcorn
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cook brown sugar, margarine, corn syrup and salt over medium heat until bubbly.
    Cook 5 minutes and remove from heat.
    Add soda; stir until foamy.
    In large bowl pour mixture over popcorn. Mix until well coated.
    Spread evenly on large cookie sheet.
    Bake at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
