Vermont Maple Walnut Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. white flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. maple syrup
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Combine wet ingredients.
    Add dry ingredients to wet.
    Stir only until moistened.
    Add walnuts.
    Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
