Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 c. milk
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Mix egg, shortening and milk thoroughly.
    Combine mixtures, stirring just enough to dampen flour.
    Add blueberries.
    Put cupcake papers in muffin pan and fill 2/3 full.
    Bake in hot oven at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 12 to 15 muffins.
