Sopaipillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Add sugar and shortening.
    Mix in salt and flour and knead for 2 minutes.
    Let rise for 1 hour. Roll 1/4 inch thick and cut into triangles.
    Fry in fat heated to 420\u00b0.
