Potatoes Stuffed With Sour Cream And Cheese(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, washed, but not peeled
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 egg yolk
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Pierce each potato skin in several places with a fork.
    Put the potatoes in a dish and cook at 100% for 7 to 9 minutes. Halfway through time, turn dish 1/2 turn.
    Cut a thin slice off top of each potato.
    Hollow out potato, leaving 1/4-inch layer lining the skin side.
    In a bowl, combine potato pulp with butter, egg yolk and sour cream and mix well.
    Stuff potatoes with the mixture; sprinkle with the Cheddar cheese.
    Cook at 100% for 3 to 5 minutes, giving dish 1/2 turn halfway through cooking time.
    Let stand for 2 minutes.
