Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. raisins
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. water
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine raisins, water and lemon juice in pan; bring to a boil.
    Boil 5 minutes.
    Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon.
    Add enough juice from raisins to make a smooth paste.
    Add to raisins and cook, stirring constantly, until clear and thickened.
    Add butter and
    cool.
    Pour into a 9-inch pastry shell.
    Adjust top crust.
    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
