Russian Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 lb. soft butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
Add vanilla.
Sift dry ingredients; add alternately with the sour cream.
Pour 1/2 batter into well-greased tube pan, ten-inch size.
Sprinkle 3/4 of the filling and the raisins onto the batter in the pan.
Pour the remaining batter into the pan to cover the filling.
Sprinkle the remaining filling on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 or 50 minutes.
