Self-Filled Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chocolate cake mix (best Betty Crocker SuperMoist chocolate fudge)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 egg
    dash of salt
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Prepare cake mix to package directions.
    Divide cake mix batter into 30 paper lined cupcake tins.
    In bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, egg and salt.
    Stir in chocolate chips.
    Drop 1 rounded teaspoonful of cheese mixture onto each cupcake.
    Bake per package directions.
    Frost, if desired.
