Popcorn Treat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain popped popcorn, unsalted air-popped
    1 c. bite-size shredded wheat biscuits
    2 Tbsp. raisins
    1 Tbsp. sunflower seeds, dry roasted
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients.
    Sprinkle cinnamon over mixture and toss lightly.
    Makes 2 servings. 150 calories; 3 grams fat per 1 cup serving.
