Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen broccoli
1/4 c. butter
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 roll Ritz crackers
1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Prepare broccoli as directed on package; put in pan and stir in 1/4 cup butter.
Add cubed Velveeta cheese.
Roll out Ritz crackers.
Melt butter.
Mix crackers and butter together.
Put over broccoli.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
