Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 medium zucchini
2 cans tomato sauce
1 can whole kernel corn
salt
pepper
Preparation

Brown ground beef; drain.
Add the zucchini (cut in cubes). Add the tomato sauce.
Add the corn and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes, or until zucchini is tender. Serve over rice.
