John'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef or venison
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, undrained
    1 can whole tomatoes, undrained
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 bay leaf
    1 dash Tabasco sauce
    1/4 c. leftover brewed coffee
Preparation
    Brown meat with onion and garlic.
    Drain grease if using ground beef.
    Place in Dutch oven.
    Add all other ingredients, breaking up all tomatoes.
    Mix well and bring to a simmer. Simmer, uncovered, 1/2 hour and covered for 1 1/2 hours (the longer the better).
    Serves 6.
