Gourmet Club Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bread
    3 eggs
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 1/2 c. milk
    dash of Accent
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    2 1/2 c. grated cheese (some Cheddar)
    lobster, crabmeat, tuna, ham or chicken (approximately 1 c.)
Preparation
    Remove crusts from bread and place 6 slices in oblong buttered ovenproof dish.
    Beat together eggs, mustard, milk, Accent and seasoned salt.
