Pineapple Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
1/3 c. melted shortening
1/2 c. pecans
