Breakfast Casserole(Serving Size: 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    6 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Put bread in a greased casserole.
    Brown and drain sausage. Sprinkle over bread.
    Add cheese.
    Combine eggs, milk and dry ingredients.
    Pour over bread mixture; refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve hot.
